Bio

Dr. Eskapalli has been providing comprehensive kidney care in the Michiana area since she joined Nephrology Physicians LLC in July 2011.

Dr.Eskapalli graduated from Nephrology fellowship at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, NH in 2011.
She completed Internship in internal medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, IL. Dr.Eskapalli graduated from Internal Medicine Residency Program at Norwalk Hospital, an affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine in 2009. During her training Dr. Eskapalli participated in research projects and received training from Nephrology division at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Dr.Eskapalli received Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from NTR University of Health Sciences India. She attended her Medical school at Kurnool Medical College, Kurnool, India.

Dr.Eskapalli served as the Medical Director for the Acute Dialysis Unit in the local hospitals prior to taking over Medical Directorship with Outpatient dialysis units. She is currently serving as the Medical director for the Fresenius dialysis units at Edisonlakes, Mishawaka and Fresenius Dialysis facility in Plymouth, IN.

She served as the Vice president of Medical staff at Kindred Hospital, Mishawaka, IN.

Dr. Eskapalli is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Nephrology, and Hypertension.

Dr.Eskapalli, strongly believes in lifestyle modifications, weight loss and healthy dietary habits being the essential components to prevent the progression of Chronic kidney disease in addition to controlling comorbid conditions. She strives to educate and counsel her patients with lifestyle modifications.

Dr.Eskapalli provides kidney care for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease, Uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetic Nephropathy, Lupus nephritis, Various Glomerular disorders, Kidney stones, Electrolyte abnormalities, Renal transplant and dialysis. She loves to educate and train her patients in various modalities of dialysis with a special passion towards home dialysis.

Dr.Eskapalli is married with 2 children and a dog. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, taking the dog for long walks and help her children volunteer at the South Bend Animal Resource Center.
