Nephrology, Inc. encourages patient travel. In order for us to assist you, we ask that you contact us at least three weeks before your visit. We will need to know your visiting address and phone number as well as obtain your dialysis records.

All visitors are scheduled with the understanding that they may be scheduled at any one of our four units. We will do our best to schedule you at the unit closest to where you are staying but are not always able to do so. A nonrefundable processing fee of $30.00 is required as well as a 20% co-pay if Medicare is your primary insurance. If any other insurance is primary, we require you to pay 100% of treatment charges. All payment must be paid at least two weeks before your visit. Payment will be reimbursed as soon as we receive payment from your insurance. Refund will be reimbursed in the amount the insurance paid.
