Samuel L. Milligan, M.D., F.A.C.P.

Dr. Milligan serves as the medical director of Nephrology Physicians, LLC. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Wabash College and his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency and clinical fellowship at Indiana University Hospitals. Dr. Milligan also completed his research fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine, nephrology and critical care. He is clinical assistant professor of medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine - South Bend Center.

 

James L. Porile, M.D., F.A.C.P.

Duke University is where Dr. Porile received a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry, and he attended medical school at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed his residency and nephrology fellowship at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Dr. Porile is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology. He currently lectures at Indiana University School of Medicine - South Bend and teaches a second year medicine nephrology course.

 

Brian S. Sucharetza, M.D., F.A.C.P.

Dr. Sucharetza received a Bachelor of Arts from Case Western Reserve University and his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins University. He completed his residency, nephrology fellowship and research fellowship at The University of Iowa College of Medicine and University Hospitals. Dr. Sucharetza is board certified in internal medicine, nephrology and as a specialist in clinical hypertension. He is active in teaching resident physicians at both Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center and Memorial Hospital of South Bend.

 

Henry Wu, M.D.

A graduate of Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts and Science, Dr. Wu received his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School. Dr. Wu completed his residency and nephrology fellowship at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology. He is currently an instructor in nephrology at Indiana University South Bend. Dr. Wu is fluent in both Spanish and Chinese.

 

Nana N. Korsah, M.D., MSc.

Dr. Korsah received a Bachelor of Science in biology from The University of Miami, and attended medical school at Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her clinical, and research fellowship at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals. She is board certified in internal medicine, and board eligible in nephrology. She has a strong interest in peritoneal dialysis.

 

Swarupa Eskapalli, M.D.

Dr. Eskapalli received a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of surgery degree from NTR University of health sciences India. Dr.Eskapalli attended medical school at Kurnool Medical College, India. She completed her Internship in Internal medicine at University of Illinois College of medicine at Peoria and Residency in Internal Medicine at Norwalk Hospital affiliated with Yale University School of medicine. Dr.Eskapalli completed her fellowship in Nephrology at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. She is board certified in nephrology and internal medicine.

 

Sudhir Vyakaranam, M.D.

Dr. Vyakaranam received his medical degree from Gandhi Medical College, India. He completed his internship and residency from Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia and his nephrology fellowship from University of Cincinnati. He has strong interest in clinical research and has a Master of Public Health degree from University of Illinois at Springfield. His clinical interests include continuous renal replacement therapies and glomerulonephritis. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.

 

Barbara Chupp-Grove, NP-C

Barbara Chupp-Grove received her Bachelor in Nursing Degree from Indiana University South Bend campus. She obtained her Master of Science- Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Purdue University Calumet campus. Barbara is board certified through AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
