Dr. Asgaonkar received a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Michigan. His medical degree was earned at the Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Asgaonkar completed his internship and residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He completed his nephrology fellowship and was Chief Fellow at the University of Louisville Kidney Disease Program. He also served as assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Nephrology - Interventional and Clinical Nephrology at the University of Louisville. He is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science in biology from Goshen College, Dr. Hendon attended medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Virginia Health System and her nephrology fellowship at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine where her interests included women's health issues and bone diseases found in kidney patients. Dr. Hendon is board certified in internal medicine, nephrology and as a specialist in clinical hypertension. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Krishnamurthy holds Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees from the University of Mumbai in India. He received a Master of Public Health from West Virginia University. Dr. Krishnamurthy completed his residency in categorical internal medicine at Yale University School of Medicine. He also completed his nephrology fellowship and his fellowship in interventional nephrology at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Krishnamurthy is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology.
Dr. Milligan serves as the medical director of Nephrology, Inc. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Wabash College and his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency and clinical fellowship at Indiana University Hospitals. Dr. Milligan also completed his research fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine, nephrology and critical care. He is clinical assistant professor of medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine - South Bend Center.
Duke University is where Dr. Porile received a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry, and he attended medical school at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed his residency and nephrology fellowship at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Dr. Porile is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology. He currently lectures at Indiana University School of Medicine - South Bend and teaches a second year medicine nephrology course.

Dr. Sucharetza received a Bachelor of Arts from Case Western Reserve University and his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins University. He completed his residency, nephrology fellowship and research fellowship at The University of Iowa College of Medicine and University Hospitals. Dr. Sucharetza is board certified in internal medicine, nephrology and as a specialist in clinical hypertension. He is active in teaching resident physicians at both Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center and Memorial Hospital of South Bend.

Valarie Pompey received her diploma in nursing from Bronson Hospital School of Nursing, Kalamazoo, Michigan, Bachelor's of Science in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion, Indiana, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan. She is board certified through ANCC as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and holds certification in palliative care management.
