We here at Nephrology, Inc are proud and excited to offer the area's first and only program designed for patients to dialyze at home! Our program was started in January of 2006 and has been growing steadily ever since.

We offer the NxStage System One Cycler, cartridge sets, and 24 hour clinical support which makes dialyzing at home flexible, easy and safe for you and your partner. Our dedicated physicians and nursing staff work together to develop the best treatment plan for you.

Our program begins with in-center dialysis for a period of time to establish self-cannulation techniques. Once this is accomplished, the patient begins one on one cycler training with one of our excellent home dialysis RNs. Here, patients and their partners will learn the mechanisms of dialysis, the cycler and its components, how to administer treatments, and trouble-shooting techniques. All of this takes course in just a few weeks and before you know it, you're dialyzing at home in the comfort of your own surroundings when YOU want to.


Our patients have told us that this program gives them back the quality of life and freedom they once had. This mode of dialysis allows the patient to choose when and where they will dialyze. The system is designed to travel easily and arrangements can be made for the necessary supplies to be delivered to your destination (time permitting).
